General Information

In this guest folder, you will find various information about Zermatt.

The Zermatt Tourism team at the train station square can also provide you with further information.

Adapters

Can be borrowed at the reception against a deposit.

Bar

Is open daily from 03:00 to 11:00 PM for you.

Board Games

Can be borrowed at the reception.

Breakfast

The extensive breakfast buffet is available for you from 07:00 to 11:30 AM.

Coffee Machine

Delizio machines are available in our apartments. Capsules can be purchased at the reception at a reasonable price.

Departure

Please vacate your room by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.

If you wish to leave before 07:30 AM, we kindly ask you to settle your bill the evening before. We accept credit cards but prefer cash, Post, or Maestro cards.

DRINKING WATER

Our tap water is of high quality and is perfectly suitable for drinking.

Entrance

The hotel entrance doors remain open all night. During the day you are welcome to leave your keys at the reception.

Fire

Please remain calm in the event of a fire alarm and follow the instructions of the hotel staff and the fire department. The escape routes are marked, and the assembly point is located in front of the hotel. Please also refer to the relevant information on your room door.

Fitness Room

Is located in the Tiefbach building in the basement right next to the main building. Please ask at the reception for the key.

Hotel Shuttle

We are happy to take you to the Zermatt train station or taxi stand free of charge on the day of departure between 07:30 AM and 09:00 PM. Please contact us in advance to arrange a time.

Internet

The hotel has WiFi throughout. Please select the network "Hotel Jaegerhof Public WLAN" which is available without a password.

KEttles

Kettles are available on request at reception.

Laundry Service

You can hand in your laundry for cleaning at the reception; please note that we need 48 hours for cleaning. You will find the laundry bag in the cupboard.

Lost and Found

Items will be kept for six months. Please report immediately if you are missing something.

Pillows

Would you like an extra pillow? Please inform us in advance at the reception.

Post, Stamps, and Postcards

Can be purchased at our reception. We are happy to mail your letters for you.

Quiet Hours

Please be considerate of other guests while you are in the hotel. Quiet hours are at 10:00 PM!

Reception

We are happy to assist you from 07:30 AM to 09:00 PM. Otherwise, please feel free to contact our service staff in the restaurant or at the bar.

Restaurant

The kitchen team will delight you daily with culinary creations between 06:30 and 09:00 PM.

Skis Room

Please deposit your skis and ski boots in the ski room.

Smoking

Is prohibited throughout the hotel. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or in front of the hotel. Please use the ashtrays.

Taxi

Do you need a taxi? You can reach Taxi Bolero at Tel. +41 27 967 60 60 or let us know. We will be happy to order a taxi for you.

Telephone

Dial the desired number directly without any additional input.

TV/Radio

TOILETRIES

Razors, toothbrushes, and conditioner are available at the reception for an additional fee.

Umbrellas

Can be borrowed from us against a deposit.
